Our starter machine is the CDI-500 W
It is one axis movement only, easily programmed to step horizontally across your die cut printed sheets in a variety of methods. If you desire the automatic indexer may be disconnected and the slide table can be positioned manually under the dispensing head. This machine uses a 1:1 resin combination, thoroughly mixes and digitally dispenses the set volume of resin. In hand labeling bubbles drive you crazy. In this machine bubbles are rarely seen.

A well written Training CD is provided with each machine including many Video clips.

Two days training with this CD provided and you will be doming efficiently.

As you know doming must be done is clean well ventilated air conditioned room.

One bottle of Dry Nitrogen (Hospital quality).
Ceiling mounted Hepa Filters at least one - two ft. x four ft. for mounting over the leveling table.

A minimum of 1500 CFM exhaust, with a pick up flex mounted over head the CDI-500 W Vacuum table

Five gallons ( 20 Liters) of either Methylene Chloride solvent or Acetone. supplied in a metal drum fitted weith a 2" NPT threades bung. Approximately 1 cup of solvent required to purge clean the static mixer, dispensing head, nozzles, tubing and needles.

A non toxic safe solvent is available , information may be provided on request.

One gallon ( four Liters) of Isopropyl Alcohol, sufficient lint free wipers, safety glasses
Lint free work smocks for the employees. approx. $30 for 8)
