This is the widest used machine in the evolution to the computer controlled x,y,z, + optional "C" channel can provide a variable flow rate of Crystal Drops resin onto a substrate material.
This extra channeloo permits eficient doming of wide and thin areas in the same design at a very fast movement rate.
Features:
Table size is 1 meter wide ( 39").
Table is 0.5 Meters deep. ( 19")
Table has vacuum hold down divided into two areas, left and right
halves. This permits label positioning and removal in a dual take off
method increasing efficiency or one side removal for very large labels.
High pressure resin pumping and metering systems.
High pressure solvent washing.
Dual purging stainless steel pans.
Optional auto purging.
Emergency purging is case of power failure.
CNC console for easy operator control.
Complete Color-Dec programing software that is very user friendly.
